CS-1 Two Separation

Our two separation CS-1 Sifter provides basic screening of any dry product. It works by product passing through a de-sired screen mesh then out of a discharge spout. Any product that will not pass through the screen will work its way down to the bottom deck then out of the overs discharge spout. The two separation sifter ranges from two screen decks up to seven total. Recent improvements to the CS-1 sifter include FDA approved magnetic, metal detectable gas-kets, poly balls & cubes. Screen decks are available with an inspection port hole. The stabilizer assemblies have a new one piece knuckle which increases the lifespan of the assembly. Quick release hold down assembly allows you to access the sifter decks & screens without any tools.
